[PAA-Discuss] Data size restriction on PAA Discuss

I am on another SYMPA list that disallows attachments and HTML.  I  
didn't think that PAA was a SYMPA list.  Bill, do you have a choice in  
how large the messages can be?  100k is crazy small.

I would like to poll the members, but first please tell if you could  
change the rule if the list members wanted it changed.
